In case you haven’t heard, Peacock is adapting Richelle Mead’s beloved Vampire Academy into a TV series! We are so excited to see these books come to life on screen, and here’s what we know about the adaptation so far!
1. The announcement is EVERYWHERE
It’s already been picked up by Deadline, Collider, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, and more!
2. Julie Plec, creator of The Vampire Diaries, will write, produce, and act as showrunner alongside Marguerite MacIntyre
She’s been hinting about wanting to do this for a WHILE
3. Peacock has ordered 10 episodes
And we will need 10 more immediately after.
